This lighter weight version of the classic worsted weight Cascade 220, this sport version is spun from the same Peruvian Highland wool as the original, but this version is spun to a lighter weight gauge of 5.5 - 6 sts/inch on a US 5-6 needle.
Great for a light weight, indoor sweater and also light enough that it's a great choice for working stranded knitting for some great Latvian, Norwegian, Swedish or Estonian mittens if you aren't quite ready to work at a 7-8 st/inch gauge yet!
