This blend of alpaca (60%), linen, (30%). and tussah silk (10%) has a lovely drape and is perfect for a transitional season shawl, wrap or sweater!
I've knit this lovely wrap with an edge of simple lace. It took just 2 balls and I'll send the pattern free with any two ball purchase. The yarn has been enjoyable to knit - soft and silky.
Offered in a lovely range of elegant colors, I can see this making a garment that would be a "go-to" for many occasions.
The alpaca gives it softness (and some of the drape) , the linen offers a lot of drape and the silk helps "lighten" the yarn so it isn't dense and heavy. And the silk also gives it a tiny bit of lustre.
And it's a great buy for 357 yards. Recommended knit at 5.5 sts/inch on US 5
