We are happy to accept returns of yarn for store credit. Yarn must be in its original condition and a store sales receipt (not your credit card receipt) must accompany the yarn. If you are aborting an entire project, the return must be within 30 days of the purchase date. If you buy an extra skein for a large project to be sure you have enough yarn, then you may return the extra skein or two for up to a year from the original sales date and again, the store sales receipt (not your credit card receipt) must accompany the return. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a yarn return or exchange.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for needles, patterns, books, any accessories or fibers. No returns or exchanges on special order items, such as looms or wheels.
No refunds or exchanges on class registration if, for any reason, you cancel or quit the class once you have registered. You are welcome to find a person to take your place, but that is not our responsibility. A full refund will be made to you if for some reason the store cancels a class you have signed up for.
No food, beverages or pets (except seeing eye dogs) allowed in the store.
